Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your order, so you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In its original condition, with tags still attached
- In the same condition that you received it
Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
What can be returned
We accept returns for:

- Size-related issues
How returns work
To start a return, complete a Return or Exchange Request Form, with your order number, description of the issue, and (if applicable) photos of the product.

If your return is approved, we will provide you with our UK return facility address and instructions.
- If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping.
- For all other approved returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges
In most cases, we can accommodate exchange requests.
If you’d like to request an exchange:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Let us know your order number and the item you’d like instead.
- We’ll arrange for a new item to be shipped to you.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once your return is received and approved. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear.
